A Namibia Equity Impact Investment Fund to provide funding to start-ups with a market validated proof of concept that pursue social and/or environmental and objectives beyond solely economic gain. The aim will be to achieve tangible social or environmental impact through projects developed within their community, while also generating positive long-term returns comparable with similar financial market investments.
Catalytic Biomass Fund
The Catalytic Biomass Fund is working to increase investment into the Namibian Biomass industry, with plans of expanding it through increased value chain capture and broadened product offerings. They also want more people working in this sector so they can provide jobs for local communities as well!
